Euroterm has been successfully present in building and installation industry for 20 years, occupying a leading position among distributors of heating and installation systems in Poland. Currently, it employes 220 workers, and the company’s revenue amounts to 200 million PLN. The company’s offer is directed mainly to heating installation companies, wholesalers and DIY companies. Dynamic commercial activities, contracts with industry-leading suppliers have resulted in the expansion of the company’s operations, as well as acquiring customers from Russia and Ukraine. In 2013, the company was among the members of one of the largest purchasing groups in Poland, ABG.
The company has been rapidly developing which is a great success yet, at the same time, it has posed more formidable challenges in the area of taking orders or servicing customers. The customers are serviced via many sales channels. Point of sales and mobile traders constitute the offline sales channel whereas online sales was organized by the means of a former e-commerce platform. The orders were placed in many different channels which were not at all integrated and this, among others, has become a bottleneck in scaling the organization.
Rapid pace of technological development and demographic changes compel constant adjusting of the business model to the surrounding world. Softwares quickly become obsolete and implementing any changes or adding new functionalities is usually very expensive. When looking for a solution, Eurotel wanted a modern tool that will not require new investment in a couple of years.
